OUR STORY

As a talent coach Morgan offers private & traditional training classes & workshops but her main objective at the end of the day is truly connect with her students.

To teach them to reach for their dreams and to stay strong and undamaged by the harsh realities that they will face on their journey.

Empowering her students to not let rejection or obstacles stop them, to be unique, authentic and to make smart choices are the biggest gifts that Morgan offers her students and what sets her apart as a coach.

Morgan’s first love as a young girl was dance. At the age of three she began to train under the direction of Carol Hayes (former Roxyette in training later known as the Radio City Music Hall Rockettes) in Jazz, Tap, Ballet and Acrobatics.  In her teenage years, she trained with the Joffrey Ballet Company in New York City.  She went on to dance and act  in various musical productions with various theater companies, prominent shows and performed with the incomparable Liza Minnelli.

After an injury ended her budding professional dance career Morgan turned to music.  Songwriting and performing gave way to a new creative and therapeutic outlet in her life.  She spent a short but fun time writing and performing 90’s dance music and was mentored by some well-known musicians, singers, DJ’s and songwriters. She didn’t have to look any further than her own back yard for her next adventure when she formed a band with her father.  They played venues throughout New Jersey and New York City for many years. It was during this time that Morgan was offered an artist development deal with Sony Records.

Next up was the big move to Music City, USA, to pursue her love of writing and music in 2000.  Morgan was a member of a female country duo and had a blast recording music and playing at various venues and festivals in Tennessee. In her early years in Nashville she worked directly with Bruce Burch from EMI & Sho-Bud Records where she not only got to work on her craft but train in music publishing and song pitching for artists.

The highlight of her life and her ultimate rainbows end happened in 2009 when she was blessed with a daughter.  It was time to take a break from the entertainment business and focus on being a mother.  Morgan embarked on a corporate career and has worked as a manager and professional development coach for an amazing company for the past two decades.

In 2014, the winds of creativity shifted once again, and her love of creative writing and children gave way to her most proud project to date her children’s book “The Fabulous Glitter Girl”.  As part of this project she had the pleasure of spreading joy to schools, libraries, bookstores and girl scout troops on her local and national book tour. She also penned a few songs for the project so don’t count out a Fabulous Glitter Girl musical just yet!

Morgan has worked as a Casting Director, Assistant Director and Production Assistant for Janet Ivey of of PBS's "Janet's Planet" for multiple seasons on the pre-school hit show Mother Goose Playhouse.

As a current “momager” of a working professional actor, singer, musician and dancer Morgan has been given the gift of seeing the entertainment business from yet another perspective. She has a well-rounded understanding of exactly what tools young artists and their parents need to navigate the entertainment world.
